How long is Glede Card valid for?
You must activate the gift card in the app within one year of receiving it. When Glede Card is activated, it can be used without fees for one year from the date of activation.
Download the Glede app
Open the digital gift you have received by email or SMS and download the Glede app. There you will find your Glede Card .
Add Glede Card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet
Press the "Add to Apple Wallet" or "Add to Google Wallet" button to add Glede Card in your wallet. Follow the instructions and accept the terms.
Pay with Glede Card

Double-click the side button of your phone.

Authenticate with facial recognition, fingerprint or password.

Hold your phone close to a contactless terminal. The payment is complete when you hear a beep.
Notifications when the expiration date is approaching
We will notify you when the expiration date is approaching, so that the gift card does not end up forgotten.
Fees after expiration time
There are no fees if you use Glede Card within one year from the date of activation. Should you not use it, a maintenance fee of 30 NOK per month will be deducted from the remaining balance. If the card has been inactive for 12 months, an inactivity fee of 50 NOK per month will be deducted.
