The gift card can be used anywhere that accepts Mastercard — in-store, online, and abroad. The recipient can also choose to donate the gift to one of our donation partners. The gift card cannot be used for financial services such as ATM withdrawals, money transfers, or purchases of funds, stocks, or cryptocurrencies.

Hvor lenge er gavekortet gyldig?

The gift link is valid for 4 months after sending. If the recipient activates the card, it can be used without fees for 1 year from the activation date. We will send at least one automatic notification via SMS or email when the expiration date is approaching.

Kan jeg gi gavekortet fysisk?

Yes, it is possible to print the gift card as a PDF with a QR code that leads directly to the gift. Download from "My Gift Cards" in the Send dashboard after sending.

Hva koster det å bruke Glede?

3% service fee of the amount for all gift cards you give, minimum fee 25 kroner per gift card. All prices are excl. VAT. For larger mailings, discounts may apply. Free to register as a user, no monthly costs, no commitment period.

Yes, you can pay by invoice if you create a business user. It is free and without obligation. EHF can be selected in the payment step.
