The Norwegian Nurses' Association (NSF) is a nationwide trade union and interest organization for nurses. They are a central player in Norwegian health policy, and with their more than 100,000 members, they work actively to ensure good working conditions and professional development for their members.
Jahne Granskogen is an administrative consultant at NSF, and for several years has been responsible for giving gifts to employees in connection with Christmas, birthdays and anniversaries. With over 300 employees spread across several departments throughout Norway, this job has not always been easy. She highlights the three biggest challenges they have experienced:

“In just over a month, I can see that over half of the gifts have been used. I am very happy with that!”
