SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge (SNN) has offices in 20 locations in our northern part of the country and gives out gift cards several times during the year – both for Christmas, anniversaries and as part of other internal initiatives. As a large organization with many employees and managers involved in the process, it places high demands on structure, control and efficient administration. **How did SNN give employee gifts before?**
