If you create a business user, you can pay by invoice. If you want to pay by EHF, you can select it in the payment step. You can also easily add an invoice reference or PO number with the invoice.

In addition, we send a reminder to the recipient by SMS or email one week before the expiration date, so that the gift card is not forgotten :)

Glede makes money in two ways:

Vi gir deg derfor fullt innsyn om gavekortene blir brukt eller ikke, og sender varslinger på SMS/e-post hvis pengene ikke er brukt når gavekortet utløper. Vår visjon er å spre mest mulig Glede i verden, så på sikt ønsker vi å gi pengene tilbake til avsender eller gi det til et godt formål.
Pengene på gavekortene er beskyttede midler. Det betyr i praksis at dersom Glede skulle gå konkurs, vil mottaker av gavekort fortsatt eie og ha rett til å bruke midlene på kortet.
Dette er i samsvar med EU-direktivene for e-penger.

To pay online, you need your card number, expiration date and CVV2/CVC2 code. Once you have registered, you can find the information by clicking the "View card details" button on the home screen inside the Glede app.

Yes, choose whether you want to donate the money. Which organization you want to donate to is entirely up to you.
You can split the payment by paying the available balance from Glede Card first, before paying the balance with another card. Ask to split the payment at checkout and you'll get help with that :)

No, Glede Card is not a credit card. Glede Card is a prepaid, digital Mastercard® card. Glede Card has many of the same features as a regular bank card, but it is in no way linked to your bank account. So you can never incur credit card debt on Glede Card.
You don't need a PIN code to make payments with Apple or Google Pay. Should you be prompted for a code, use Face ID or enter your regular lock code to access your digital wallet. This code is identical to the one you use to unlock your mobile phone.
However, when shopping online with Glede Card , you may be asked to enter a code. In such cases, you will also be asked for your phone number, after which a one-time code will be sent to you via SMS. You must then enter this code to complete your purchase.

No, it doesn't. The money deducted from the card is only the money you pay in the store.
Du kan bruke så mye du ønsker hver måned! Det er ingen bruksbegrensninger knyttet til verken enkeltkjøp, eller på månedbasis. Så lenge du har tilstrekkelig saldo på kortet kan du kjøpe deg akkurat det du ønsker.

You don't need to download the app to donate your gift card to a good cause.
You need to download the Glede app to add Glede Card to your digital wallet. Apple Pay and Google Pay require you to add the card via a mobile application. In the app, you can view your balance and keep track of when your gifts expire. You can also access your card details if you want to use Glede Card for online payments.
We need your name, date of birth and address to verify your identity when creating Glede Card . We are required by law to do this to prevent fraud and money laundering.
Apple Pay allows you to pay with your mobile phone or other compatible Apple devices such as iPhone, Apple Watch or iPad. You can use Apple Pay in stores, online and in apps that support this service. Your cards are stored digitally in Apple Wallet.
