Customer Success Manager (Part-time – 2 positions)

Glede is looking for two part-time Customer Success Managers who will help shape the customer experience in a rapidly growing company.

Workplace: Flexible/hybrid
Scope: Part-time (we employ two people who share responsibilities and work closely together)

About the role

We are looking for two Heads of Customer Success who will jointly own and further develop the customer experience in Glede in a 20-40% position. You will work strategically and operationally with some of our largest customers, ensuring high customer value and long-term collaboration while developing processes that make the team more efficient.

The roles combine people, business and technology: relationship building and customer meetings, insight work and clear value creation, as well as the use of artificial intelligence and automation to improve how we work with customer success.

What you want to do

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with key people and decision-makers at customers

  • Conduct customer meetings, status and value reviews with a focus on impact, use and value

  • Obtain structured insights from customers and be the customer's voice internally

  • Streamline and further develop customer success and support processes using AI and automation

  • Share responsibility, save money and build best practices together with the other Head of Customer Success


Who we think you are

  • You genuinely enjoy talking to people and building long-term relationships

  • You are comfortable in dialogue with large customers and are confident in meetings with managers and decision-makers

  • You are self-driven and are able to make independent decisions under uncertainty, while also asking questions when needed.

  • You are curious about technology and how AI can be used to work smarter and more efficiently

  • You thrive in a growing environment, where things are not yet fully defined.

  • Experience from Customer Success, customer service, consultancy, project management or similar is an advantage
