How to follow up with recipients who haven't used their gift

It's important to follow up with recipients who haven't yet used their gift to ensure that the gifts are perceived as valuable and useful. With our solution, it's easier than ever to find and follow up with these recipients. Follow these steps:

1. Go to Order Overview

Log in to your system and navigate to "Order Overview" in the menu. Here you will get a full overview of all orders that have been sent out.

2. Select "Gifts"

Click on the "Gifts" tab to see details of all the gift cards that have been sent out.

3. Filter the gifts

You can now easily filter the gifts to find those that have not been used:

4. Follow up with several people at the same time

This tool allows you to follow up on multiple gifts at once, without having to open each order individually. This saves you time and makes the follow-up process more efficient.
