How to follow up with recipients who haven't used their gift

It's important to follow up with recipients who haven't yet used their gift to ensure that the gifts are perceived as valuable and useful. With our solution, it's easier than ever to find and follow up with these recipients. Follow these steps:

1. Go to Order Overview

Log in to your system and navigate to "Order Overview" in the menu. Here you will get a full overview of all orders that have been sent out.

2. Select "Gifts"

‍

Click on the "Gifts" tab to see details of all the gift cards that have been sent out.

‍

3. Filter the gifts

‍

You can now easily filter the gifts to find those that have not been used:

• Select the gift status filter.
• Set the gift status to "Sent" . This shows all gift cards that have been sent but not redeemed by the recipient.

4. Follow up with several people at the same time

‍

This tool allows you to follow up on multiple gifts at once, without having to open each order individually. This saves you time and makes the follow-up process more efficient.

Tips for follow-up:

‍

• Send a friendly reminder to the recipient via email or SMS. You can use a text like:
  • "Hey! You still have a gift from us waiting for you. Click here to use it: [Link to the gift]. "
• Reminder that the gift can be used anywhere in Norway, both online and in physical stores - or given to a good cause.
• Remember that we also send out automatic reminders one month before the gift link expires!
