BDO Trondheim uses Glede for easy gift giving to employees

BDO is a global advisory and auditing company with 60 offices across Norway. They work closely with their clients and have a large global network that they utilize to help their clients operate efficiently, profitably and sustainably.

Mari Helen Hammer is a senior office worker at BDO's Trondheim office, where an important part of her job is to ensure that employees are well looked after. Together with several others in the department, she is responsible for the staff gifts. She tells us a little about how it has been done in the past.

"We have used a local, physical gift card. The disadvantage is that the range of use is very limited, and since it is physical, many people have forgotten to use it. We've also used another digital gift card, but some people struggled with its usability."
